A Fisherman from Nantucket

Someone once told me that in limericks, nothing good can come after the word "Nantucket."

I responded with: 

There once was a man from Nantucket

Who brought some fish home in a bucket

  But his wife wouldn't serve it

  Till he worked to deserve it

Said "The corn isn't ready, go shuck it!"

Thus proving him right.
